　家業を継ぐ道を選ばず自らの挑戦を求め、住友商事に入社。新卒から34年間、一貫して「ビジネスの成長と変革」に携わり、次のステージへ向けて55歳で円満退社。
　鋼材トレード事業を軸に、国内外での事業企画や新規事業開発に従事。単なる商取引にとどまらず、市場の変化を捉え、新たな事業の可能性を切り拓いてきました。中国・東南アジアを含む海外では、事業買収や工場設立、事業の成長戦略の策定から、統合・撤退といった意思決定に至るまで、経営のあらゆるフェーズに関与。激しく変化する環境の中で、組織の成長と持続可能な事業運営の重要性を深く実感しました。この経験を活かし、次のステージでは、企業・組織の変革を支援し、持続可能な成長を実現するための新たな挑戦を続けています。

　約13年間にわたる海外駐在の中で、私は日本企業の成長を支援しながら、地域社会との深いつながりを築いてきました。異国の地での挑戦を通じて「人と人のつながりこそが新たな価値を生み出す」ことを実感しました。日本商工会の活動では、企業の海外展開支援に加え、現地企業や地域とのネットワーク構築にも注力。また、日本人学校の理事長として、コロナ禍の厳しい環境の中、健康と安全を最優先にしながら、地域に根ざした教育環境を異文化の中で築く役割を担いました。この経験を通じ、「地域が持つ本来の価値を活かし、新たな経済圏を創生することの重要性」を痛感。現在は、Web3.0を活用し、地域資源とテクノロジーを融合させることで、新しい形の地域創生に挑戦しています。

Born in February 1968. Graduated from Waseda University, School of Political Science and Economics (1990). Also studied at National Taiwan Normal University and earned an MBA from Hosei University Business School innovation and management. Certified Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant, National Certified Career​ Consultant, ICF-Accredited International Coach (ACC), and IT Coordinator.
 

　While I had the option to take over my family’s business, I chose a different path—one that would allow me to challenge myself and explore new opportunities. I joined Sumitomo Corporation as a fresh graduate and spent 34 years shaping business growth and transformation. At 55 years old, I made a smooth transition to embark on a new journey.

Focusing on the steel trading business, I engaged in business planning and new business development both in Japan and overseas. Rather than simply facilitating transactions, I worked to identify emerging market opportunities and drive long-term strategic growth.

In China and Southeast Asia, I played a key role in business acquisitions, factory establishment, and corporate expansion. I also navigated critical decisions involving business integration and market exit strategies. These experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of sustainable growth and strategic adaptability in an ever-changing global landscape. Now, leveraging this wealth of experience, I am committed to helping organizations transform and achieve lasting success.
​　During my 13 years living and working abroad, I supported the growth of Japanese businesses while forging deep connections with local communities. Through these experiences, I came to realize that true value is created through strong human connections.

As a board member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, I not only assisted companies with overseas expansion but also worked to build lasting partnerships with local enterprises and communities. Additionally, as the principal of a Japanese school, I played a key role in establishing a stable and safe educational environment during the COVID-19 era, ensuring that students could thrive in a multicultural setting.

These experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of revitalizing regional economies by leveraging their intrinsic value. Today, I am dedicated to integrating local resources with Web3.0 technology to pioneer a new model for regional revitalization.
