「知る者は好む者に如かず、好む者は楽しむ者に如かず」（孔子）学びを好み、楽しみながら実践することが、真の成長につながる と確信しています。自身で事業を興したい強い想いがある一方で、経験と智慧を活かし、多くの人や組織の成長を支援することこそが、より大きな社会貢献になる との信念からワイズパートナーズを設立しました。実践知 × 伴走支援 により、企業・組織・人が楽しく、喜びを持ちながら持続的に成長できる環境を創り出す ことを目指します。
